    COF had been planning these layoffs for 2 years. They just wait until no one is looking and they have gotten all the intel they can get about their conquests to let folks go. It’s not economic…it’s strategy!

  2. It’s just sad that they had some layoffs. Hope that the economy gets better and better now increase employment rate again.
