May Day was celebrated as the International Workers' Day, for the rights of worker. On this day in 1886, the Federation of Organised trade and Labour Unions passed a resolution stating that, eight hours' work-day would be the legitimate work day after 1 May 1886. May Day commonly sees organized street demonstrations and street marches by millions of working people and their labor unions throughout most of the countries of the world - though, rarely in the United States and Canada. The unions announced a general strike to achieve the goal, when the workers worked from 10, 12 to 14 hours in a day.In Bangladesh the labours do not get their right. On the other hand, they get a little money. With this money, they cannot live a simple life
